TEACHER ONBOARDING

Here you will find a step by step guide with links to help you get up and running with classes as quickly as possible.

  • Complete your Instructor BIO / About Me Form.

    View our current teacher pages to see what we’re looking for.

    1. Create your class(es) - define descriptions, images, pricing, etc.

    2. Class Coordinator will work with you to pick best class start dates and add the events to the scheduler and events pages

    3. Watch for email from Burkhead for invitation to your Scheduling Calendar

    4. Follow the instructions in the email / use the link provided to accept the invitation and gain access to your class scheduling calendar

    5. Review available helpdesk articles on how to access / use scheduler

    6. Update calendar availability in scheduler - block off any days not available for class schedules. (Example - some instructors are only available on 2 or 3 specific days a week during specific timeframes.

    7. Final validation and sign off on all webpages and class views.

    2. Review and Sign Contract Agreement

  • View your instructor overview page - make sure everything looks correct.

    Share your personal Scheduling Calendar Link on your own social media / website channels. This link will not change - and will always show your current / upcoming class schedules and allow students to register.

    The Burkhead Website will feature NEW INSTRUCTOR details on their home page.
