This is a MAKE A GIFT WORKSHOP with Christina Bengtson.
In this beginning and incredibly fun etching class, students will learn several uncomplicated ways to transfer a hand drawn or stamped image onto copper or brass ( or a combination of both). A chemical solution will be used to etch your design onto the surface of the metal. We’ll cover a variety of patinas to make your image stand out as well as appropriate sealants. This process is quite simple and easy to replicate. Create personalized pendants and/ or earrings perfect for gift giving!
